2 cups flour
200ml vegetable oil
2 medium eggs
1/2 cup powdered milk
1 cup hot water(250ml)
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon orange zest
1/2 medium orange juice
1/4 teaspoon orange food color or till you get your desired color

@@Adasrecipes I love parboiling my rice too. I just have the feeling that cold water cannot remove all the dusts & some preservatives in the rice 🍚 Also whenever I parboiling my rice, it appears to be separate from each other unlike when I cook without parboiling, the rice will look as if there's this extra starch still binding them together.
